With Tripmasters, you essentially have two different ways to book trips. First, you can select one of their pre-organized, recommended itineraries, or secondly you can build your own from scratch.

To start, find an area where you can select specific locations. These are not anchored to any specific date in most casesbut is, however structured in a suggested manner. You will have the same option at the top of any page, however, to start building a trip that is truly custom — from scratch! If you get creative enough with itineraries and potential travel options, you can save thousands while extending your trip several days, adding long, over-night layovers in interesting locations, and even paying super cheap prices for nice hotels in world-renown cities!

This is why we love Tripmasters, have used them for years to book our trips, and will continue to. The customer service at Tripmasters is where the value really stands out. We do not cater to groups or businesses to business passengers due to the dynamic nature of our rates. Tripmasters cannot guarantee exact same services for all passengers. The vacation package price does not include ground transportation unless otherwise specified in your itinerary or selected. Unfortunately some airline fares do not allow us to hold a seat at a certain price unless it is ticketed by a certain time limit.

Airlines only give us 24 hours to void a ticket that has been issued. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that we had to issue the ticket to give us more time and we still could not obtain the room you wanted then the airline or us will refund you the full amount within 3 business days depending on whether the credit card merchant was us or the airline. All other changes to a reservation constitute a revision. We strongly recommend that you select flights with a minimum of 2 hours to make your connection time.

Many flights displayed on our site will have much shorter connection times. You are responsible for selecting the right itinerary for you and we can't be responsible for any misconnections due to tight connections that might affect your itinerary.

It is your responsibility to reconfirm your flights directly with the airlines at least 72 hours prior to your departure date outbound and inbound. It is also your responsibility to verify luggage allowance with each airline. Please note your itinerary may include two or more airlines, and the luggage allowed on each flight may differ from one airline company to another.
