For bloodlines, dragon turtle is an obvious one, but nothing else jumps out at me.

Based on your screenshot, I'm pretty sure you have the actual settings set up correctly however I think how you have the cables connected and where could be the issue. If your soundbar uses optical for audio, then you will have to use either the headset or the sound bar separately since they both use the same connection. The connection should go from the optical "Out" port on the Xbox to the optical "In" port on the headset transmitter and that's it.

The audio seems to be affected when you plug another optical cable from the "Out" port on the transmitter to the "In" port on the soundbar. Unplug the optical cable from the headset transmitter and the soundbar and leave the cable from the headset to the Xbox.

I only used the sound bar to check if the transmitter was receiving the optical signal and allowing it through. Open Chat mixer and make sure that the Mute all other sounds isn't checked I use Do nothing on my consoles.

There is also an option missing in your Headset audio section which you need to check if you are "Using a headset that uses HDMI or optical audio out". The part in quote marks in last sentence is the missing option. There are plenty of ways of reflecting your character's personality without resorting to actually using an accent. If you do want to try your hand at accents, remember that you don't need to default to a nebulous British accent for your fantasy character. Ease into things by working on the cadence of your character's voice instead of adopting a full-blown accent.

An excitable character might talk fast, while a pensive character or a Tortle might talk slower than average. If you're playing as a tiny pixie or gnome, you may want to give your voice a higher pitch, and if you're playing as a goliath, a giant, or a dragonborn, try adopting a deeper pitch. Yuan-ti may hold their s's to mimic a snake's hissTabaxi might roll their r's and purr when they speak, and aarakocra might squawk to accentuate the end of a sentence.

There are tons of different ways to build your character's voice that don't involve foreign accents at all. If you do want to try your hand at a full accent of some kind, remember to be cognizant of racial stereotypes and how others may react to your accents.

If you're going to adapt the accent of someone from another country, be respectful and avoid mocking how other people talk. You may think that using an over-the-top accent is funny, but keep in mind that many people have faced mockery and discrimination over how they talk. Few races are able to look past the reptilian aspects of both their species, because of this, they get along. Other than using the slash and burn farming method which leeches nutrients from the soiltortles generally live in harmony with nature.

Tortles crawl for the first few weeks of their life. After they learn how to walk on two legs, tortles are expected to fend for themselves. Tortles mature by the age of 40, and live for about years.

Tortles refrain from mating until they are approaching the final years of their lives, and will die within a year of mating. All females ready to produce eggs gather in a specially prepared compound, which the males guard against attack.
